New CEO of SIGNAL AG

 

At the end of 2019, Mr. Ernst Moser will step down as CEO of SIGNAL AG and hand over his responsibilities to Mr. Peter Fankhauser.

INTEGRA Holding AG is pleased to announce that Mr. Peter Fankhauser will take up his position at SIGNAL AG as of 01 September 2019 and, following an introduction and handover, will assume overall responsibility as CEO as of 01 January 2020.

Mr. Peter Fankhauser is 48 years old and lives with his family on the language border in Meyriez/FR. He is currently COO and member of the Executive Board of BLS AG and heads the Rail Production division with around 1,600 employees.

Mr. Fankhauser has extensive management experience in various production areas in the safety, technological and ICT fields. He previously held various management positions at SBB. He is very well connected in the transport sector and knows how to deal with public authorities. Together with his team, he has won various innovation awards in recent years.

The Board of Directors is convinced that in Mr. Fankhauser we have found the ideal person with a high level of leadership, technical and social competence. Building on our success, Mr. Fankhauser will continue to develop SIGNAL AG's strategy together with the entire team and the Board of Directors and lead the company into a continued successful future.  

Mr. Ernst Moser will lead the company as CEO until December 31, 2019, after which he will remain with us as a member of the Board of Directors.
