On April 7, 2021, another ground breaking ceremony took place in the Grenchen industrial zone for an extension of our sister company SITEK AG.
INTEGRA Metering underlines growth ambitions and strengthens the focus of its Board of Directors.
On 25th of March 2021, the shareholders of INTEGRA Metering unanimously elected Dieter Brunner as new member and Chairman of the Board of Directors.
He succeeds Roger Baumer, CEO and co-owner of Hälg Group, who actively contributed to the new orientation of INTEGRA Metering over the last ten years as board member.
Dieter Brunner also assumes the role of Chairman of the Board from Adrian Oehler, CEO and Chairman of the Board of INTEGRA Holding, who takes over as Vice Chairman of the Board of INTEGRA Metering.
We are pleased to announce that the building application for the planned building extension of Sitek AG in Grenchen was submitted in November. Intensive preliminary work by the planners is currently underway for the tendering of the project at the beginning of 2021.

On April 02, 2019, Mr. Urs Rutz, the current Managing Director of Marcel Bützer AG, has taken over as CEO of Sitek AG.
