INTEGRA India Group (former INTEGRA Hindustan Control Ltd.) was founded during the mid 1980's as a joint venture with ABB India. It primarily manufactures components, in particular relays, for the rail safety systems of the Indian Railways.
Today, INTEGRA Holding holds with 51% the majority of the shares. The remaining 49% are publicly listed on the Mumbai and Vadodara stock exchanges and there are no other major shareholders.
