Changes in the Board of Directors of INTEGRA Holding AG

At the end of June 2020, Mr. Hans C. Bodmer resigned from his position on the Board of Directors of INTEGRA Holding AG. We thank Mr. Bodmer for his many years of valuable support and wish him all the best for his future.

INTEGRA Holding AG is pleased to announce the addition of Annette Heimlicher to its Board of Directors on 1st July 2020. We warmly welcome Annette Heimlicher.

Mrs. Annette Heimlicher is CEO of the company Contrinex in Corminboeuf which specializes in sensor technology. She has been working in her family business for more than 12 years and has taken on various roles during that time. She brings many years of international experience in the fields of development, production, sales and finance.
