Renewals in the Board of Directors of INTEGRA Holding AG

As of the end of June 2022, Mr. Heinrich Lanz has resigned from his position on the Board of Directors of INTEGRA Holding AG. We thank Mr. Lanz for his many years of valuable support and wish him all the best for his future life.

INTEGRA Holding AG is pleased to announce that the Board of Directors will be strengthened by Mr. Philip Bodmer and Mr. Gian-Luca Bona as of July 1, 2022. We warmly welcome both of them.

Mr. Philip Bodmer is the founder and owner of Bodmer & Partner Consultants AG and brings extensive experience in advising small and medium-sized companies. He was able to acquire his many years of entrepreneurial experience as CEO of Mettler Toledo, among others. Mr. Bodmer holds various board of directors mandates, such as since 2008 at our subsidiary INTEGRA Biosciences AG in Zizers. Further mandates and memberships in venture funding as well as business angel and coach for start-ups in Switzerland complete his profile.

Mr. Gian-Luca Bona is Director of Empa, Professor of Photonics at the Swiss Federal Institutes of Technology in Zurich and Lausanne and member of the ETH Board. He serves on the boards of Comet Group SA and Bobst Group SA and is a member of their remuneration committees. His international commitments include serving on the Board of Trustees of the Federal Institute for Materials (BAM) in Berlin.  In addition, Mr. Bona holds various mandates and memberships in venture and innovation funding and as a business angel.
