New Chairmen in the Board of Directors of INTEGRA Metering AG

As of the end of May 2022, Mr. Heinrich Lanz, Mr. Elmar Morscher and Mr. Fernando Da Silva Moreira have resigned from their mandate as members of the Board of Directors of INTEGRA Metering AG. We would like to thank all three for their many years of valuable support and wish them all the best for the future.

INTEGRA Metering AG is pleased to announce that the Board of Directors will be strengthened by Mr. Gian-Luca Bona and Mr. Roland Obrist as of June 1, 2022. Mr. Gian-Luca Bona will also join the Board of Directors of INTEGRA Holding AG as of July 1, 2022.
