New CEO of SITEK AG

 

On April 02, 2019, Mr. Urs Rutz, the current Managing Director of Marcel Bützer AG, has taken over as CEO of Sitek AG.

INTEGRA Holding AG is pleased to announce that Mr. Rutz accepts the challenge of managing both companies and the merged company. He will be introduced by Thomas Teuscher within the next 6 weeks and will be presented to all customers.

Mr. Rutz is 52 years old and lives with his family in Solothurn. He has developed Marcel Bützer AG over the last 8 years through targeted measures.

Mr. Rutz gained his experience in various functions in mould making and as a designer, developer and later in sales. He has always worked for the supply industry in various sectors, be it the   automotive industry,   medical technology,   the consumer goods industry or electrical and apparatus engineering. Mr. Rutz held various positions at Feintool Plastic Metal Components, Polymec AG and Adval Tech Medical.

After basic training as a toolmaker and various technical and business training courses, Mr. Rutz completed his education with an Executive MBA FH with a focus on international leadership.

The Board of Directors is convinced that in Mr. Rutz we have found the ideal person with a high level of leadership, technical and social competence. Building on our success, Mr. Rutz will continue to develop the strategy of Sitek AG together with the entire team and the Board of Directors and lead the company into a further successful future.  

The previous Managing Director of Sitek AG, Mr. Thomas Teuscher, has already decided to leave Sitek AG before the takeover and to devote himself to a new task. He will step down from Sitek AG in mid-May 2019.
